SF-S631 Hexyltrimethoxysilane

It can be used as a surface modifier to produce hydrophobicity (e.g., on concrete, glass, inorganic pigments, or mineral fillers). When diluted with a suitable solvent, it can be used in the formulation of waterproofing products. Proper use allows the product to penetrate and provide waterproofing properties. Reacts with gelling substrates. The treated substrate is hydrophobic and retains its original appearance.
